The tour group led by Tour Guide Xu for my parents to travel around Western Europe was worth it.
I called Tour Guide Xu the day before the tour and he patiently answered our questions and eliminated some of our concerns. It was very smooth to send my parents to the car in Frankfurt. Tour Guide Xu left us with a good impression of being capable, responsible and proactive for the group members.
After my parents left with the group, I was still a little worried about them. After all, they were nearly 70 years old and not in good health. It was their first time to travel with a group in Germany. I was worried about whether they could handle it and whether they would be safe along the way. On the last day, I went to Frankfurt to pick up my parents. Tour Guide Xu informed me in advance of the time they would arrive in Frankfurt; and shared beautiful photos such as group photos during the trip in the group group, which was very heartwarming.
Seeing my parents return safely, I finally felt relieved. They excitedly talked to me about their experiences along the way. Details about visiting attractions and dining were discussed with the group members. Many group members got off the bus without any complaints. Guide Xu personally sent them one by one, including going to the train station to take the bus and helping my mother put the ice plate for refrigerating injections. My parents and everyone were very moved.
