But these days plus these cities really couldn't be turned around. However, discoverer's advertising introduction was also misleading. For example, the last Neuschwanstein Castle, the tour guide said that our itinerary was to watch the castle's periphery, but discoverer's itinerary wrote "visit Neuschwanstein Castle". Who would know that your "visit" only refers to visiting the outside? And Florence, in the introduction to the group, it was written that there was a one-day visit. Which buildings to visit? How much time was generally given to us to visit, it was not specified. I think it was very unreasonable.
Second, the tour guide. The tour guide's service was in place, so I gave a good review. Basically, the reasonable requirements of the group members could be met, and the problems encountered could be solved. Finally, at Neuschwanstein Castle, because of the rush of time, the decision on whether to visit the whole group was thrown to our group members, and it became a minority obeying the majority. I think there is still something missing, and the contradictions still need to be reconciled. Don't throw the contradictions to our group members to solve. In the end, those who are willing to go up went up by themselves, and took a quick look. It was also solved, and it didn't delay other people's time. Other things, including calling a taxi, heating and cooling of the room, etc. The tour guide was very good. After all, it is difficult to satisfy a group of 50 people.
Third, the driver. We were 3 hours late on the first day, which was not satisfactory. I also heard that the previous group was abandoned halfway. So I was nervous all the way. But fortunately, there were no other problems until the end. He helped us carry the suitcases when he saw us carrying them, which was also good. It was just the problem of being 3 hours late.
