I have been to Italy many times. This time, my wife and I participated in the "Feel Italy" trip from October 8 to October 13. It was my first time to contact discoverer Travel's services. I felt good. If I have the opportunity, I will also participate in your company's other travel projects.
This trip, first, the driver is awesome, the 55-seat bus, the car is well driven, and all kinds of road conditions are easy to handle. Second, the tour guide Wang Hefei explained attentively (sharing geography, nature, history, religion, and humanities with the team), and was willing to spare no effort (explaining Florence for 70 minutes at a time). I am very pleased that discoverer Germany has such employees!
Three suggestions:
1. Make a special DVD of discoverer to introduce the basic situation of the company and the projects it has carried out;
2. Inherit the virtue of respecting the elderly, and open seats for the elderly (over 60 years old) in the first two rows for the tour guide to allocate and use;
3. Establish a membership system, which can stabilize the source of customers and reflect preferential policies.
